Warranty claims for Costo purchases are handled a little differently than direct purchases from the HexClad site. First, you need to activate your Lifetime warranty within 30 days of purchase.

  • Lifetime Warranty activated
    • Submit a warranty claim, and be sure to include the following information
      • Confirmation of warranty registration
      • Proof of purchase (If you no longer have your receipt, Costco should be able to provide you with a copy of your receipt)
      • Full Name
      • Shipping Address
      • Size of Pan
      • Picture of your purchased pan 
      • Serial number
  • No, within 30 days of purchase
  • No, outside 30 days of purchase
    • Still activate your Lifetime Warranty
    • Submit a warranty claim per the above directions
    • The Claims department will just require some additional details

It is important to submit all of the requested information at one time. So your claim can be handled in a timely manner.
