Hexclad pans use hybrid technology, which uses stainless steel. Cooking with high temperatures with this technology, can cause temporary staining or build-ups to occur. Don't worry, this is not uncommon with our pans, and there is a quick fix.
We recommend using Bar Keeper’s Friend and a brand new SOS steel wool scrubbing pad with hot water. After removing all of the burnt material it is important to re-season the pan.
Remember, our pans perform the best on low to medium heat. Cooking on high heat will cause oil to burn & cause build up. Which is not covered by our warranty program.
